Creating an action plan to realize your dreams

Does tomorrow ever come? Do your dreams, goals, ambitions ever become reality? Are your priorities always the last to be at the top of the list? Julie's speech, "It's Your Turn" begins with the true story of Jim Morris, the baseball pitcher, in the Disney movie, "The Rookie" to show how each of us can have home runs in our lifetime if we only put our dreams on paper and put an action plan to them. The audience participates by writing down their individual dreams and then understanding how to put an action plan behind them to make those dreams a priority and reality. By building an effective action plan, we find out that dreams do become reality and it only takes sharing your dreams with someone that tomorrow does come.
